Tallow Whip 

Access your tallow with clean dry hands. Your tallow should be kept out of direct sun and in a cool dry place. Keep lid on tight. 

Tallow has a shelf life of Aprox. 1 year if properly kept.

Reviving Your Tallow After Melting

Unfortunately, your tallow may have melted on its journey due to heat in some states. In this case, its "fluffy-whipped" like texture is gone. Do not be alarmed! It can be revived and is very much still usable and just as beneficial. Here's how to do it! 

1. Transfer your melted tallow into a large jar or bowl.

2. Once hardened, take a hand blender or kitchen aid and beat the tallow for about 30-60 seconds. 

3. After 30-60 seconds, your tallow should resemble a cool-whip-like texture. 

4. You can now transfer your tallow back into your THREE ROOTS ORGANICS jar to be used as intended.
